Who we are

A brokerage built for the global IP market

IPSKU was founded in 2021 by Oxo International Limited (Hong Kong) with a single goal: make trademark transactions as safe and straightforward as any other business deal.

Today we broker hundreds of international IP transactions for Amazon sellers, e-commerce brands, and growing enterprises — handling everything from vetting and negotiation to Escrow and the official transfer of ownership.

What sets us apart is how hands-on we are. Our team actively manages each deal, so both sides always know where things stand — and your money is never at risk.

For buyers

Launch your brand on a solid legal foundation

A registered trademark unlocks Amazon Brand Registry and instant credibility with customers. We make acquiring one simple.

Buy ready-to-use trademarks

Skip the 8–12 month registration wait. Acquire a registered mark that's ready for Brand Registry from day one.

Search with confidence

Filter a curated portfolio by country, industry, and domain availability. Every listing is verified for ownership and legal status before it goes live.

Free sourcing service

Can't find the right fit? Tell us what you need and our team will source matching trademarks from our global network — at no cost to you.

Security

Every transaction, fully protected

Buying intellectual property from a stranger requires trust. Here's how we earn it — on every single deal.

Vetted listings only

Every trademark is verified for ownership, legal validity, and clean history. Disputed, litigated, unregistered, and invalid marks are not eligible for listing.

Escrow-protected payments

Funds are held securely via PayPal, Escrow, or bank transfer and released to the seller only after you confirm the transfer is complete.

Full refund guarantee

If the agreed rights aren't transferred within the contract period, you get a complete refund. No fine print.

Process

How a transaction works

Six steps. One dedicated team. Zero guesswork.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Share your goals and questions. We verify the trademark's legal status, ownership history, and transfer eligibility — then agree on price, timeline, and included assets such as domain names.

  2. 2

    Sign the agreement

We draft a formal Trademark Assignment Agreement covering both parties, the mark, the price, and the rights being transferred. Both sides review and sign.

  3. 3

    Pay securely

Pay by invoice via PayPal, Escrow, or bank transfer. Your funds are held safely and are never released until the transfer is confirmed.

  4. 4

    We file the transfer

Within two business days of payment, we prepare the assignment documents and file them with the trademark office. Included domain names transfer at the same time.

  5. 5

    Get official confirmation

You receive the official filing receipt immediately, followed by the Assignment Recordation Notice once the transfer is approved.

  6. 6

    Funds released, deal closed

After you confirm receipt of everything, payment is released to the seller and the transaction is formally closed — fully documented.

For sellers

Turn idle IP into revenue

List your registered trademark with IPSKU and reach buyers from around the world. We handle marketing, negotiation, paperwork, and the transfer — you just get paid.

Free to list

No fees at any stage. Submit the Trademark Information Form and our team will review your asset for eligibility.

We manage the sale

As your authorized agent, we market your asset worldwide, vet buyers, and negotiate on your behalf.

Get paid on completion

Funds are released to you as soon as the buyer confirms the transfer. You receive your full asking price — our service fee is built into the listing price and covered by the buyer.

Listing requirements: you must be the direct legal owner of the asset — authorized representatives and third-party agents aren't accepted.
Listing price = your asking price + our service fee (covered by the buyer), and you may adjust your asking price once every six months.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a trademark transfer take?

We prepare and file the assignment documents within two business days of receiving your payment. Final approval depends on the trademark office in the country of registration — you'll get the official filing receipt right away, and we'll keep you updated until the transfer is recorded.

Is my payment protected?

Yes. Your payment is held securely (via PayPal, Escrow, or bank transfer) and is released to the seller only after you confirm that the trademark — and any included domains — have been transferred to you.

What happens if the transfer can't be completed?

You receive a full refund if the agreed rights aren't transferred within the contract period. It's that simple.

How do I know the trademarks are legitimate?

Every listing is verified for ownership, registration status, and legal standing before it goes live. Marks that are disputed, litigated, or invalid are removed immediately.

Can I buy if I'm based outside the US?

Absolutely. We work with clients worldwide and list trademarks from 15+ countries. Our team coordinates across time zones and jurisdictions.

How do I sell a trademark I own?

Complete the Trademark Information Form and our team will review your asset. Listing is completely free — you never pay us anything; our service fee is built into the listing price and covered by the buyer. You must be the direct legal owner of the trademark.

Ready to make your move?

Whether you're buying your first trademark or selling one you no longer need, our team will guide you through every step.
